The summer transfer window for Manchester United is anticipated to be very important as the squad looks to bounce back in their first full season under Ruben Amorim.
However, the INEOS hiring strategy seeks out players who can both immediately contribute to the senior group and guide the Red Devils of the future.
During the past two transfer windows, United have acquired Leny Yoro, Ayden Heaven, and Patrick Dorgu in an effort to have youth on their side and succeed at the senior level.
Players like Diego Leon, Sekou Kone, Enzo Kana-Biyik, and Chido Obi have also joined the Red Devils, being gradually eased into the senior side’s plans to become the future of the club.

As such, United are making use of their links with other clubs through their co-owners INEOS, such as Kana-Biyik heading to FC Lausanne-Sport for a year to gain experience of first-team football, with Sekou Kone also looking likely to join him.
The Red Devils also recently acquired the signing of talented Harley Emsden-James from Southampton.
Using this recruitment strategy, it appears that Manchester United will soon add another player to their expanding pool of quality.

CentreDevils can exclusively reveal that Manchester United have held talks with Derby County goalkeeper Charlie Hardy.
Hardy’s a key part of the Derby youth academy, already making a name for himself with scouts across the country already taking note.
Despite being only 15-years-old, Hardy has made four appearances for the club’s Under-18s side, even captaining the side against Leeds United’s Under-18s side and grabbing a clean sheet in the process.
As such, The Red Devils are holding a serious interest in the goalkeeper, looking at making a move to beat other interested parties to his signature.
