Ederson wants to stay at Manchester City after holding talks with Pep Guardiola about his future at the Etihad Stadium.
The Brazil international has spent eight successful years with Man City since signing from Benfica for £35million in 2017.
The 31-year-old, who is out of contract in June 2026, kept 10 clean sheets in 26 Premier League appearances in the 2024-25 season.
Ederson has been linked with a Man City exit on several occasions over the past year, with Saudi Pro League clubs believed to be interested in acquiring his services.
However, the goalkeeper revealed on 26 June he is committed to remaining at the Etihad ahead of next season.
“My head is here,” said Ederson. “It stays with City. It gives me everything to go back to the Premier League again and try to win the Champions League as well. My mind is staying in the club.”

Ederson has been close to leaving Man City
Borson insisted Ederson wants to see out his current contract at the Etihad.
He told Football Insider: “I think Pep obviously loves Ederson.
“I think Ederson’s been close to wanting to leave on a number of occasions over the last couple of years after either being tempted by Saudi or just feeling that he needed a change of scenery.
“I think there was certainly a period last season where he didn’t seem fully engaged.
“But I think equally it’s clear that they’ve had conversations that means he wants to see out his contract at the very least.”

Newcastle make Jack Grealish transfer plan after Man City exit latest
In terms of a potential exit, Newcastle United are keeping a close eye on Jack Grealish’s situation at Man City in case they are given encouragement over the deal.
However, Eddie Howe’s side are ready to pursue other priority targets before making a move for the England international, who is expected to leave the Etihad this summer.
Everton have also been linked with Grealish, but his £300,000-a-week wages are believed to be a major stumbling block in him completing a move over the coming weeks.
