CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Tyrese Proctor, Cleveland’s top pick in last week’s NBA Draft, has agreed to terms.

Proctor, 21, played 3 seasons for Duke, helping the Blue Devils to the Final Four in April.
He’s originally from Sydney, Australia.
The Cavs begin summer league play next week in Las Vegas.
