The image has sparked further excitement around Carrington as the club continues to integrate Gabriel into its elite youth environment.
While it will be a while before he features in senior contention, moves like this highlight the trust United are placing in his development.
Especially since the arrival of Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS, who have since placed an emphasis on bringing through young stars at Old Trafford that can go on to develop and feature in the first team.
The likes of Leny Yoro, Ayden Heaven and Chido Obi are already current examples of that new look development focus under INEOS.
Wearing the 95 shirt is another sign that JJ Gabriel is being groomed for a bright future at Old Trafford.
