The Celtics finalized the deal with Minott’s agent, Aaron Turner of Verus, on Tuesday.
Last season, Minott appeared in 46 games, averaging 2.6 points, 1.0 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per contest. He shot a solid 48.9% from the field and 32.6% from beyond the arc.
The Celtics add Minott as a young wing with potential, hoping he can develop and contribute as the team looks to build depth and maintain its competitive edge.
Last season, the Celtics lost in the Eastern Conference semifinals to the New York Knicks 4-2.
