CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Chris Kaiser, chief marketing officer for the Cavaliers, says the organization is “blown away” by the response to a new WNBA team in Cleveland
Kaiser joined Ashley Holder live Tuesday on 19 News at 4.
The still-unnamed team is scheduled to begin play in 2028 at Rocket Arena, home of the Cavs.
The Cleveland Rockers final season was 2003, when the team averaged 7400 fans per game (10th in a 14-team league).
