Having conducted a stunning start to the 2025/26 transfer window, talk around Liverpool now turns to exits.
With Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez and Giorgi Mamardashvili coming on board for a total outlay of around £200m, the club now need to recoup money in sales.

If Liverpool have got any ambitions of adding a new No9 to the squad later in the summer - as well as potentially a centre-back - then they will need to cash in on several first-team stars.

Jarell Quansah will soon be announced as a Bayer Leverkusen player. We could also see outgoing deals for Darwin Nunez. Federico Chiesa and Tyler Morton.
But perhaps the biggest intrigue right now surrounds Harvey Elliott.
Harvey Elliott linked with Liverpool exit
An avowed Liverpool fan, there is no doubt the 22-year-old would love to become a Reds legend in his own right. However, that is looking increasingly unlikely.
The England under-21 star has got Mohamed Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai ahead of him in the pecking order for his preferred positions and there is now Wirtz to contend with.
Having made only TWO Premier League starts last season - none before the Premier League title was wrapped up - Elliott has seen his game time restricted considerably.
Liverpool want £40m to £50m for Elliott
He served a reminder of his class during the recent UEFA Euro Under-21 tournament - won by England - where he scored five times and brought home the player of the tournament award.
Right now he has got suitors in the Premier League - including the likes of Newcastle and Chelsea - as well as in Germany in the shape of RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund.
Whoever wins the race for Elliott now knows the asking price. According to a new report from David Ornstein in the Athletic, Liverpool want AT LEAST £40m for Elliott.
He will cost that much for buying clubs so long as they agree to a buyback clause. If not, then the price rises to £50m.

Quansah and Bellingham fees are the benchmark
Ornstein claims Liverpool are basing their valuation off the fees German clubs paid for Quansah (£30m) and Jobe Bellingham (£32m - Sunderland to Dortmund). With Elliott in and around the Liverpool first team since 2020, the club feel he is worth much more.
Of course, his form in the U21 games won’t have done his valuation any harm.
Right now it’s unclear where Elliott ends up. Ornstein claims he is looking at playing with an elite club - potentially Champions League level - meaning the market could be restricted.

Nonetheless Liverpool know they have a high-class performer who is worth enough money that his transfer fee can make a big difference later in the window.
