Manchester United are working very hard on transfers behind the scenes.
The Red Devils will not be in any European competition next season. Their full focus will be on the Premier League, and Ruben Amorim will want to finish as high up the table as possible.
Matheus Cunha has arrived already from Wolves, while Bryan Mbeumo is pushing to join Manchester United despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
In addition to those two attacking signings, Amorim is looking for a new striker. However, one player has no interest in a move to Old Trafford.
Thomas Muller says Manchester United are not the right club for him
Thomas Muller will leave Bayern Munich after their Club World Cup campaign ends.
The German joined the Bundesliga champions back in 2000, when he was still a kid. He came through the ranks at the club’s academy and became an absolute legend there.
Muller’s current contract expires at the end of July, and a decision on his future is yet to be made.
There have been talks about an adventure in Major League Soccer in the United States, while retirement is also a possibility in the coming weeks.
One thing that will not happen, however, is a move to Manchester United.
In an interview with CBS Sports, after Muller admitted that he has thought about moving to the Premier League in the past, Kate Abdo asked if the Red Devils are appealing to him.
Muller said: “Many times (before)… Or do you mean now?”
When Abdo said yes, the World Cup winner replied: “No, no, no. I’m not the right guy for them, and they are not the right club for me.
“They want to have fun, and I want to have fun. So, that’s not a match.”

Manchester United once made a massive bid to sign Thomas Muller
Muller doesn’t want to join Manchester United now, and the move doesn’t make a lot of sense for the Red Devils either because of his age.
However, eight years ago, there was serious interest.
Bayern Munich’s CEO, Jan-Christian Dreesen, told Sky Sports at the time that Manchester United tabled an offer of more than €100 million (£85m) to sign Muller.
However, Bayern rejected that bid and made it clear that they had no interest in letting him go.
