Manchester United are racing against time to secure new signings before the start of pre-season.
Ruben Amorim had hoped to introduce fresh faces before the club's US tour. However, with less than a week until training begins, only Matheus Cunha has put pen to paper in a £62.5m deal. Offers for Brentford goal machine Bryan Mbeumo have been turned down and there's been no headway on landing a new striker.
There have also been no incoming transfer fees. While Victor Lindelof and Christian Eriksen have seen their contracts expire, Marcus Rashford, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Alejandro Garnacho remain tied to United. The Red Devils, who finished 15th last season, have their work cut out for them and they'll be hoping for some progress soon as Amorim looks to rebuild from a disastrous season.
Here, Daily Star Sport look at the latest Manchester United transfer news.

The club is said to be stubborn against overpaying for new signings, with two offers having been turned down already. But they will not hang around to convince the Bees of their offer.
Ex-chief scout Mick Brown revealed: "United are going to make another bid in the coming days and they're confident they can get it done. From what I hear, I'm expecting things to speed up soon and I think it will go ahead."
