Inter Milan have reduced their asking price for Davide Frattesi

This season has been a calamity, across the board–yes, literally every board–it is clear United want to fix those mistakes. As a part of this process, United have reached out to Inter Milan to request information regarding a potential move for midfield anchor Davide Frattesi. The future of the Italian now appears to be uncertain, with reports suggesting that United, Tottenham, Atletico Madrid, and Roma are all watching closely.
Manchester United continue to grapple with serious issues in midfield, where Bruno Fernandes has often been left to shoulder the burden alone. In response, the club is now targeting an experienced midfielder who can ease the pressure on the Portuguese star.
Davide Frattesi has emerged as one of the names under consideration, although the Premier League could pose a steep learning curve for the 25-year-old, who has yet to play outside Italy. Still, with Inter’s recent decline and another trophyless campaign, the Serie A giants appear open to letting him go.

CaughtOffside reports that United have already contacted Inter to understand the terms of a potential deal. While no formal talks, offers, or negotiations have taken place yet, Frattesi is said to be weighing up whether he wants to move on from the Nerazzurri.
Inter have reduced their asking price for Frattesi, with a source stating, “Premier League clubs have been watching Frattesi closely for some time, and with him now being available for a reduced price of around €35m instead of €50m it makes him more attractive.”
United and Tottenham reportedly are the two clubs that are the most interested, but whether Frattesi would want to make the move to English football is still unknown. As it stands, Frattesi has not indicated any desire to leave and it would appear he could have a bright future at Inter.
