Manchester United have made an approach for Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi, according to CaughtOffside.
The Red Devils have reportedly asked for information regarding a potential summer deal for the Italian international, whose future at San Siro is in ‘some doubt’ amid growing interest from European clubs.
The likes of Tottenham, Atletico Madrid and Roma are also believed to be keeping an eye on Frattesi, while Man United have held initial talks with Inter to gain an understanding of the 25-year-old’s situation.
While there have not been any formal offers or negotiations, Frattesi is understood to be seriously considering his future, with Inter prepared to let him go this summer.

According to CaughtOffside, Inter have slashed their asking price to around €35m (£30m) for Frattesi this summer, and the fee is attracting interest from several clubs across the continent.
Man United and Tottenham are believed to be showing the strongest interest at the moment, but it remains to be seen whether Frattesi would be keen on a move to the Premier League at this point.
The 'world-class' 25-year-old has yet to communicate a desire to leave Inter this summer and may still have a future at the club under new boss Christian Chivu, who replaced Simone Inzaghi last month.
Man United remain focused on rebuilding Ruben Amorim’s frontline this summer, as talks continue over Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo’s arrival.
The Red Devils welcomed Matheus Cunha as their first offseason signing last month and are making progress on a deal for Mbeumo, who is believed to be prioritising a move to Old Trafford.
