The South Coast outfit need to sell one of their defenders this summer and that very well could be Julio.
He is capable of playing at left-back, which has seen Leeds United show an interest as they need to replace Junior Firpo.

Leeds United need to bring in a specialist left-back
To replace Firpo and avoid Premier League relegation, Leeds United need a left-back who combines defensive solidity, athleticism and attacking flair.
The Dominican Republic international’s inconsistent defending and injury concerns highlight the need for a reliable upgrade.
The ideal signing should be a young, dynamic player with proven top-flight experience, capable of handling one-on-one duels and contributing to build-up play with precise passing and overlapping runs.
A full-back who excels in crossing and pressing could thrive at Elland Road.
Prioritising a left-back with pace, stamina, and tactical discipline will bolster Leeds’ backline, ensuring they remain competitive and secure Premier League survival while supporting Farke’s attacking philosophy.
Work needs to progress on signing a new defender soon, as Farke will need him to adapt to the rest of the players quickly and be ready to start the first game of the season.
