Everton have confirmed that their new Hill Dickinson Stadium is 'open for business'. On Wednesday, the club announced that they were now open to take non-matchday bookings for events at the new facility.

The Blues men's team will move from Goodison Park to the new stadium on the waterfront next season.

While there is excitement about the new ground, the increased capactiy and the much-changed team that will be playing there, supporters are also well aware of the extra commercial benefits the move will bring. The scale of which has been reaffirmed by this announcement.

A statement from Everton read: "Everton's new home welcomes conferences, exhibitions, product launches, trade shows, corporate dinners and outdoor concerts and events from 2025 and beyond.

"Set on the city's world-famous waterfront, and just minutes from the city centre, the brand-new, world-class venue is built for more than just football, with flexible, modern facilities and exceptional connectivity to regional and international transport links making it an ideal choice for delegates and organisers alike.

"Designed to operate as a 365 venue, Hill Dickinson Stadium features premium hospitality and cutting-edge technology. Choose from a range of river view and pitch view spaces, all equipped with robust AV, high-speed connectivity, and digital signage for seamless branding and personalisation."

Everton have also confirmed that The Plaza at the stadium is able to host 17,000 people, making it a potential ideal venue for festivals and exhibitions.

Internally, the new restaurants and bars installed will also be available for private hire. There will also be the option of a private stadium tour.

The club also confirmed that Goodison Park will continue to be used for "smaller social events and private celebrations". Everton Women will play at the club's long-term home from next season.
