This doesn't just involve the players that are being brought in, it encompasses a number of different things. For example FSG are working on buying Getafe, which could open up a multi-club model that could further enhances Liverpool's recruitment ability.
On top of that, the Reds have also made some key appointments in the coaching staff with the arrival of Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Xavi Valero - who are both known as established and experienced people within their own fields.
Further into the recruitment team, Liverpool are again working on expanding their network across the globe and they have set out several key locals and targets.
Including establishing a Scandinavian scout.

As it was reported and we wrote about here, the club has identified Jasper Vallmark as their target for the scouting position and that the Reds were closing in on a move to bring him to the club.
Now Boras Tidning have brought the question directly to the man himself. In an exclusive interview with the Swedish outlet the Liverpool target was asked about the club's interest.
"At the moment I am working really hard here in Elfsborg. I have nothing else to say about it," Vallmark said.
When pressed about the developing news and asked whether he knew of Liverpool's interest, Vallmark replied:
"It is not the first time I have heard about it."
And he was asked whether he was flattered by the club's interest, to which Vallmark said the following:
"It is not something I think about in particular."
The club's key target is clearly not giving anything away but if Liverpool are indeed going to bring him to Anfield, Vallmark would be an excellent acquisition.
Over the course of the last five years, he has been the unspoken hero behind IF Elfborg's rise back to the top of Swedish football. Using the software model which he developed himself, Elfsborg were able to make some astute purchases and then sell them on for mass profit, making the club a lot of money in the process.

The successful recruitment also translated to the pitch, where Elfsborg made the League Phase of the Europa League for the first time - it was also the first time in a decade that they had competed in the competition with the last time they made the group-stages being back in the 2013/14 season.
