SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The Jackrabbit Former Players Association hosted a youth football camp over the weekend and it had to be a major thrill for those kids to be around these Jacks, some of whom are in the NFL now.
Like Christian Rozeboom who’s been great with the Rams and now has moved across country to play for Charlotte.
And Mason McCormick of Roosevelt who had a great first year with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Mason McCormick, Steelers OL says, “I learned a ton. Just how you carry yourself day to day, how you attack different things and just being able to hit the ground running in year two will be really good for me.”
Christian Rozeboom, Panthers LB says, “Just get a fresh start. It’s just like starting a new job so I’m excited. It’s been good to get to know everybody out there during OTA’s and I’m excited for the season.”
The guys had fun at the camp with the kids and with seeing so many former teammates and Jackrabbits helping out the coaching staff. They will have a lot of new faces in Pittsburgh especially after signing Aaron Rodgers and Monday’s big trade.
