Everton could potentially pull off an unorthodox transfer for Flamengo right-back Wesley under the ownership of Dan Friedkin.
The Brazil international has shown a lot of potential at the Rio de Janeiro outfit, with Roma, who are owned by The Friedkin Group (TFG), interested in him.
Villarreal striker Thierno Barry could be the Toffees’ first signing of the summer window as they look to bolster their attack.
The Blues will also undoubtedly consider bolstering their backline despite David Moyes hoping to keep Michael Keane, but it seems like the Friedkins may be about to do something that will arguably baffle supporters in L5.

The Blues could do with someone like Wesley in their ranks, but it appears that TFG are more concerned about reinforcing Roma’s squad.
With the possibility of the Merseysiders being used to get a deal done for Roma, fans will certainly point fingers at TFG regarding their priorities if the Brazilian left-back moves to L5 just to sign for the Serie A giants on loan.
