Man United are showing strong interest to sign one Ligue 1 midfielder. But, they will now face fresh competition in his pursuit. As per the latest reports, Saudi giants have joined the race.

United have identifed PSG midfielder Fabian Ruiz as potential target. He is 29 year old Spanish midfielder who recently won treble with French giants. United view him as perfect fit in their system. As per the reports, they are ready to spend €50 million on him.

However, United are not the only club keen to sign Ruiz. The 29 year old’s recent performances has attracted interest from Saudi too. According to Caught Offside, Ruiz is looked upon by Al-Nassr. They add that the Saudi giants are preparing an official offer to sign him.

Al-Nassr are keen to reshuffle their midfield. They are ready to move on from players like Marcelo Brozovic. They can offer Ruiz a lucrative contract with really high wages. However, it can still be not enough to sign him.

PSG have no intention to sell Ruiz anytime soon. Luis Enrique rates the Spaniard very highly in his squad. He wants to continue with Ruiz, Vitinha and Joao Neves in the midfield. The 29 year old has so far played 58 games this season and has scored 6 goals along with picking 11 assists.

Ruiz is in peak of his career playing key role for UCL champions. In addition, he has also been regulat started for Spain national team. Hence, he might opt to stay in Europe for little longer. His current contract runs out in 2027 but PSG are keen to extend it even further.
