Beal, a three-time, is turning to an unwanted man in Phoenix Suns and media sources say the team is now working on a buyout.
Suns reporter Duane Rankin wrote through the AZ Central:
The Phoenix Suns have been discussing a possible buyout for guard Bradley Beal, league sources have informed The Arizona Republic.
Beal has two years left on his contract totaling $110 million. A buyout would make Beal a free agent. Teams can officially begin signing players to contracts July 6.
Beal came to the Suns carrying his five-year deal for $251 million salary he signed with the Washington Wizards. He was taken by the Suns in 2023 to form the Big 3 with Kevin Durant (now with the Houston Rockets) and Devin Booker.

However, the results were far from what they expected. The Big 3 and the rest of the Suns were swept in the first round of 2023-24 season. They did not reach the playoffs this year.
Beal himself was also mediocre as he only played a career low 53 games and was a starter in only 15 of those games.
Can the Milwaukee Bucks afford him?
If it is his current contract, the direct answer is no. The team has already been forced to let Damian Lillard go along with around $30 million of his salary to be able get Myles Turner.
Beal will need to have the willingness to take a minimum salary if he wants to join the team.

Another question is if the Bucks have a need for the 32-year-old shooting guard. The team already has a surplus in that position. They got AJ Green, Gary Trent Jr. and even Andre Jackson Jr. Kevin Porter Jr. and Ryan Rollins can also be SGs for the team.
What the team needs right now is a starting point guard as they are yet find a replacement for Lillard.
