Five players have informed Manchester United they would like to leave the club this summer.

Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia have told United that they wish to explore opportunities elsewhere.

United's players will start to return to Carrington next week, but the five aforementioned players have had their return date delayed until later in July to offer them the opportunity to explore options away from the club.

United sources say the medical and rehabilitation facilities will still be available to those players in that time and they will be welcomed back to Carrington if they have not resolved their futures in that time period.

Rashford is attracting interest from Barcelona and Bayern Munich. Antony impressed on loan at Real Betis and the Spanish side are keen to sign him permanently this summer. United would have to sell him for £32.8million to avoid making a PSR loss.

opted against signing Sancho permanently after his loan spell last season, but Juventus are keen to sign him.

The Manchester Evening News reported in May that Garnacho was free to leave the club this summer if the right offer was tabled. Atletico Madrid, Napoli and Chelsea have been linked with the 21-year-old.
