West Ham United have held talks with Celta Vigo defender Oscar Mingueza about a move, and he would be open to joining, according to TBR Football.
The Hammers are expected to have a busy summer transfer window as Graham Potter looks to bolster the squad following a disappointing Premier League campaign in 2024/25, where they finished 14th.
Now several players are expected to depart the club, on top of the four first-team stars that were released, and West Ham are now targeting replacements for the manager.

After allowing Vladimir Coufal to leave the club at the end of his contract this summer, right-back is a position that Potter is keen to strengthen and former Barcelona star Mingueza has emerged as a top target.
Mingueza, who has been described as 'phenomenal', has shone for Celta Vigo in recent seasons and the Hammers recruitment team are keen to bring him in.
Talks have been held between the clubs about a deal, while West Ham have also spoken to the player himself and established that he would be open to making the move to the Premier League this summer.

Mingueza was subject to interest from Aston Villa during the January transfer window before Unai Emery's side eventually opted to sign Andres Garcia instead, but now it looks as though a move to England could yet happen.
West Ham are also expected to allow Nayef Aguerd to leave the London Stadium this summer after he spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Real Sociedad and is looking to leave permanently.
The club has already strengthened the defence by making the loan signing of Jean-Clair Todibo permanent, while they have also been linked with a move to bring in full-back Kyle Walker-Peters on a free transfer following his release by Southampton at the end of his contract.
