Club have Brighton, Everton and Fulham men on radar – Focus on Premier League for replacement

Italian side Atalanta are focused on the Premier League as they look to replace Mateo Retegui this summer, with Brighton, Everton and Fulham players on their radar.

That’s according to L’Eco di Bergamo, [relayed by Tutto Atalanta](https://www.tuttoatalanta.com/primo-piano/attacco-atalanta-scatta-il-piano-b-ferguson-e-muniz-sul-taccuino-119754), who report that Evan Ferguson, Beto and Rodrigo Muniz are all considered interesting options by the Serie A club.

The newspaper explains that Retegui’s fate seems to be far from Bergamo, with a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Qadsiah taking shape.

That would need the Italian club needing to find a replacement and the club’s management have already identified options.

Two young and promising profiles that they like are Brighton’s Even Ferguson and Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz. Both are value at around €20m and represent two interesting options to renew the Nerazzurri’s offensive department.

Everton striker Beto is also on the list and a ‘temptation’. He has been carefully monitored by Atalanta for some time and is a ‘real obsession’ for the Bergamo team. The trail leading to him is less hot that than the other two at this moment in time, but he is not a name to be discarded.

The feeling at Atalanta is that something concrete will happen soon, and they are ready to secure a surprise deal once again. Whether that’s for the Brighton, Fulham or Everton man remains to be seen but they are on the list.
