Five of Manchester United’s players have asked to be labeled as leaving the team, therefore the team is preparing to make some big sales.
With a couple already gone, it appeared at the beginning of the summer that up to 14 players would be leaving Old Trafford this transfer season.
However, if the team wants to improve next season, they must make some significant sales in order to make room for new players.
Tyrell Malacia, Antony, Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, and Marcus Rashford have all informed Manchester United that they no longer wish to play for the team and would like to be sold this summer.
As he intensifies his preparations for the upcoming season, Amorim is eager to move on without them.
On Friday, it was revealed that the club has notified all four of them—along with Tyrell Malacia, that their return date has been postponed until “later in July” to give them more time to find a new home.
Now it has been revealed that some of these players were unhappy about the brief yesterday.

According to the Athletic, the players and their representatives have not taken kindly to Manchester United’s briefing yesterday regarding the departure requests of Rashford, Garnacho, Sancho, Antony, and Malacia.
Some of whom contest the assertion that they have requested a move.
It is believed that in order to give priority to exploring departures this summer, the five wantaways have postponed their return date to Carrington.
Since none of the five were anticipated to play this season—Rashford, Malacia, Antony, and Sancho were all on loan last season, and Garnacho had a public altercation with Ruben Amorim—the Red Devils won’t be greatly impacted by their demands.
