Arsenal are one of the most attractive football clubs in the world right now.
The Gunners have a brilliant squad, a fantastic manager, good wages on offer and Champions League football.
Adding onto that, joining Arsenal brings with it the allure of moving to London.
As one of the world’s great cities, footballers are often keen to move to the English capital.
We’ve already seen this summer that Liam Delap was keen to move to London before his move to Chelsea, while Joao Pedro was also eyeing a London move too.
Last summer, Riccardo Calafiori was sold on moving to the city before he picked a move to Arsenal too.
Now, another of Arsenal’s key transfer targets is keen on moving to London.

Viktor Gyokeres likes the idea of moving to London
According to Ben Jacobs, speaking on The United Stand, Viktor Gyokeres likes the idea of moving to London.
Arsenal bid £56m to sign Gyokeres earlier this summer and he remains a key target.
According to the journalist, Gyokeres is also a fan of Mikel Arteta, while Manchester United remain lurking in this race.
“Viktor Gyokeres would welcome a bid from Arsenal, but, as I’ve broken, he’s not rejected Manchester United, he’s just aware Arsenal are in a position to move now,” Jacobs said.
“Gyokeres likes the idea of living in London, he’s a fan of Mikel Arteta, but he knows Ruben Amorim well, and if this Arsenal search for a striker drags on or they go down the Sekso route then Gyokeres’ bigger picture desire is Premier League football.”
Gyokeres has ascended into superstardom since joining Sporting CP, but it’s easy to forget that he did spend a fair chunk of his career in England already.
Indeed, Gyokeres has played for Brighton, Swansea and, most notably, Coventry City in the past.
The Swedish striker has an interesting record in English football, and this is something that Arsenal should keep in mind.

Games 139
Goals 45
Assists 20
Gyokeres’ goalscoring record in England is nowhere near as impressive as his record in Portugal, despite the fact he was playing second-tier football throughout this time.
Gyokeres may be keen to move to London, but there is a small question to be raised around whether or not English football actually suits the striker.
