This past week, there were reports that Everton could revive interest in a move for Jack Harrison. According to reports from the sources at the club, they see the winger as a player they would like to add on a permanent deal. Everton have had over 10 players leave after their contract expired, so this summer is sort of a rebuild.
Alan Myers, who is close to the club, confirmed that discussions were had over Harrison at the end of the season. But as for now, no move or approach has been made over a transfer deal.
“Not sure tbh, there was some talk of it at the end of his loan but not heard anything personally since,” Myers posted on X.
Leeds need to move on from Jack Harrison
The Jack Harrison ‘saga’ has been going on for far too long. It is quite clear he does not want to play for the club anymore, and fancies a move to Everton. Leeds selling him would do a lot for their operations – his wages go off the books, and a transfer fee boosts the PSR status.
Aside that, it gives some funds to help boost the squad with more signings ahead of next season.
