Tom Brady will forever be one of the most well-known names in NFL History. He will go down as the greatest quarterback of all time and has the accolades to back it up. Since retiring from the league he has made a name for himself in the commentating booth.
However, it would appear he won’t be allowed to do a pretty shocking event this year.
Breaking: Tom Brady Receives “Ban” From Shocking NFL Event (Report)

There are reports that Fox Sports may ban Tom Brady from a pair of marquee NFL games:
working on the network’s top team with play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt. Hall of Famers Terry Bradshaw and Michael Strahan co-host “Fox NFL Sunday” with Howie Long, Curt Menefee, Jay Glazer and Rob Gronkowski.
This year, Netflix will broadcast two of the three 2025 NFL Christmas Day games: the Dallas Cowboys at the Washington Commanders and the Detroit Lions at the Minnesota Vikings.
It remains to be seen who the announcers will be for those games. But according to Michael McCarthy and Ryan Glasspiegel of Front Office Sports, both Fox and ESPN aren’t interested in loaning their top talents to the streaming giant for the Dec. 25 contests:

“Some rival networks are bristling at the idea of lending their on-air talents to the streaming behemoth for this year’s holiday double-header, sources tell Front Office Sports.
When the Commanders face the Cowboys and the Vikings play the Lions on Christmas Day, ESPN talent won’t appear on the Netflix presentation of the games, sources said. Fox talent is not expected to appear, either.”
If true, that would mean banning the likes of Tom Brady, Kevin Burkhardt, Michael Strahan, Terry Bradshaw, Joe Buck and Troy Aikman from working the Christmas Day games for Netflix.

For the Pittsburgh Steelers-Kansas City Chiefs Christmas game last year, CBS Sports loaned Ian Eagle, Nate Burleson and JJ Watt to Netflix. Ian’s son, NBC commentator Noah Eagle, called the Baltimore Ravens-Houston Texans game with Fox analyst Greg Olsen.
As expected, Tom Brady endured some growing pains in his first year as a Fox Sports commentator, but the seven-time Super Bowl champion got much better as the season progressed.
With a full year of broadcasting experience under his belt, year two in the booth should run a lot smoother for TB12.
