Leeds United are interested in a deal to sign Mainz goalkeeper Robin Zentner this summer, according to The Athletic's Beren Cross.
The Whites are expected to be busy in the summer transfer window after securing a return to the Premier League following two seasons away, having claimed 100 points and won the Championship title last season.
Now Daniel Farke wants to ensure they don't go straight back down and the club are looking for a new goalkeeper to improve the squad, with question marks over Illan Meslier's future.

Several options being considered
Elland Road-1
Zentner, who stands at 6ft 4 and currently plays for Mainz in the Bundesliga, enjoyed a fine 2024/25 season as he kept nine clean sheets and helped the team to a 6th place finish, earning European football in the process.
Now Leeds are hoping to convince him to make the move to the Premier League, as they consider their options between the sticks for the new season.
The 49ers and Farke are currently looking to implement their transfer plans for the window, having already signed Lukas Nmecha, Jaka Bijol and Sebastian Bornauw, but goalkeeper has so far eluded them as they look at all their options. And Cross has now revealed that Zentner is one of the names who has been shortlisted.
Leeds have also been linked with several other goalkeepers, including Southampton star Aaron Ramsdale and former Manchester United stopper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
They are also keen on signing a new centre-forward, but have so far seen their attempts to land Fulham star Rodrigo Muniz rejected by the Cottagers despite making a bid worth up to £32m.
