Brazilian outlet BolaVIP reports that the Red Devils are keen on John, 29, and would be prepared to offer £10m amid their desire to sign a new shot-stopper. This suggests Andre Onana's future remains uncertain amid reports that Ruben Amorim is considering sending the struggling Cameroonian out on loan.
Onana, 29, was signed as David de Gea's replacement in the summer of 2023, following an impressive spell at Inter Milan. He has been a disappointment, making several costly mistakes, and there's an obvious need for a new number one.

United have notably been long-term admirers of John; their interest extends back to the winter when doubts continued to grow over Onana's reliability.
