Brooklyn Nets Release
BROOKLYN, NY. – The Brooklyn Nets have named Princeton University men's basketball team alumni Tosan Evbuomwan '23 to their summer league roster, as announced by the organization Saturday.
The NBA 2K26 Summer League takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Pavilion. 2025 marks Brooklyn's 11th appearance in the event.
Evbuomwan signed a two-contract with the Nets in 2025 and appeared in 28 games in the 2024-25 season, averaging 9.5 points-per-game, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists. His career-high of 22 points came against the Utah Jazz on Jan. 12, 2025. In addition, Evbuomwan spent time with the Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies in 2024.
Named 2022 Unanimous Ivy League Player of the Year, Evbuomwan guided the Tigers to the 2023 Sweet Sixteen and was named to the NCAA South Region All-Tournament Team. He was also named 2023 Ivy League Tournament Most Outstanding Player and First Team All-Ivy League twice along with National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) First Team All-District twice.
