Leeds United will have to be careful in the transfer window after missing out on several targets already, including Habib Diarra and Noah Sadiki.
The pair joined fellow promoted side Sunderland, with the 49ers Enterprises since moving onto other targets.
Leeds have now been linked with moves for Timothy Weah, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Nikola Krstovic as they turn their attention towards signing a striker to compete with Lukas Nmecha and Joel Piroe.
Here, MOT Leeds News rounds up all the big transfer talk from the past 24 hours.

Leeds trail Olympique Marseille in the race for Weah but both sides have yet to make a bid, according to L’Equipe.

Leeds walk away from Calvert-Lewin transfer after wage demands
Leeds have decided not to sign Calvert-Lewin due to the former Everton striker’s wage demands, according to talkSPORT.
49ers Enterprises have arguably avoided a mega disaster by turning down the centre forward, with his fitness concerns making him a risk for any newly promoted side.
The Whites must avoid making the same mistakes as they made during Victor Orta’s reign and signing Calvert-Lewin could’ve brought back memories of the Spaniard’s disastrous spell.
Leeds to miss out on signing Krstovic
Past reports from Italy suggested that Leeds’ increased interest in Krstovic led Lecce to look for potential replacements, with a £25.5million move on the cards.
However, the player now looks to have turned down a move to Elland Road, with European clubs circling for the Montenegrin.
Iconic commentator Ian Darke believes that it would not be a disaster if Leeds miss out on the potentially risky signing.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, he said: “A player succeeds in a good league, facing good defenders in Italy, for him to come up with 11 goals, suggests he knows where the back of the net is.
*“That is quite a big fee, it is a punt and you would have to say, it is a bit of an expensive punt.*“
