The Kansas City Chiefs are just a few weeks away from the start of training camp — their first real chance to gear up for the upcoming NFL season after falling short in Super Bowl LIX, losing 40-22 to the Philadelphia Eagles.
But this weekend, with the sports world relatively quiet outside of MLB action, many athletes took time to celebrate the Fourth of July with loved ones — including Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
On Saturday, photos surfaced of Mahomes enjoying the holiday alongside his wife, Brittany Mahomes.
Both Patrick and Brittany were seen wearing matching blue swimsuits, with Patrick sporting red sunglasses and Brittany accessorizing with a red-and-white hat that read “1995.”

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes both hail from Texas and have been together since their high school days. Brittany has been by Patrick’s side throughout his journey — from his time at Texas Tech to every step of his NFL career. The couple officially tied the knot in March 2022.
Together, they’ve welcomed three children — two daughters and a son.
This upcoming season will mark Patrick’s ninth year in the NFL, all of which he’s spent with the Kansas City Chiefs. He’s already established himself as a three-time Super Bowl champion and two-time league MVP.
