Manchester United are looking to build a new front three this summer, and Ruben Amorim could bring two players back together.
The name of the game this summer for Manchester United is clear as Ruben Amorim looks to add goals to his side.
United struggled in front of goal last season, and Ineos are ready to invest in new recruits.
Matheus Cunha has already joined United, completing a move from Wolverhampton Wanderers earlier this summer.
The Brazilian will operate as a number 10 under Amorim, and more attacking additions are likely to come before the end of the window.

Ollie Watkins and Bryan Mbeumo could reunite at Manchester United
United continue to chase Bryan Mbeumo and will hope to secure the Brentford forward’s signature quickly.
It’s now almost a month since United’s first bid for Mbeumo was rejected by the Bees, with slow progress being made on a deal.
The Cameroonian is United’s priority, but another striker will surely become the focus once Mbeumo – hopefully – arrives.
More United News
One rumour earlier this week suggested that United are interested in signing Ollie Watkins from Aston Villa.
Villa want £60million for Watkins, meaning United may need to shift some fringe players in order to fund a move.
The prospect of Watkins and Mbeumo working together in the United attack is an exciting one, though, given their history at Brentford.
The Bees snapped up Mbeumo in 2019, meaning he spent one season playing alongside Watkins under Thomas Frank.
Both players enjoyed brilliant seasons, with Watkins scoring 25 goals in 46 Championship games to earn himself a move to Villa.
Mbeumo scored 15 goals himself as both players enjoyed brilliant seasons in a season that saw the Bees reach the Championship play-off final.
The pair hit 40 goals together in one season, but missed out on promotion to the Premier League thanks to a play-off final defeat to Fulham.
Five years on, Mbeumo and Watkins could reunite at Old Trafford and bring some of that understanding to Amorim’s attack.
That connection could be crucial to turning United’s attacking fortunes around and may be a key factor in United’s interest in signing both forwards.
Bryan Mbeumo on Ollie Watkins connection
Mbeumo and Watkins formed key parts of Brentford’s famed ‘BMW’ front three, joining Said Benrahma in a star-studded attack at Championship level.
The trio ran riot together and prompted comparisons towards Liverpool superstars Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
Mbeumo told Sky Sports that the attacking trio would actually be an Audi rather than a BMW, but found direct comparisons to the Liverpool stars.
Mbeumo felt Benrahma aligned well with Firmino, before likening himself to Mane and picking out Watkins as Brentford’s Salah.
“I’d be an Audi. Said would be Roberto Firmino, very attacking, a good finisher. I think it would be hard to say who is who among Mo Salah and Sadio Mane but I would probably be Mane and Ollie would be Salah,” said Mbeumo.
Both players have developed into Premier League stars since those comments, and United may bring the duo back together in an exciting move for Amorim’s attack.
