Speculation has surrounded United moving for Sporting players, with Ousmane Diomande fancying a reunion with Amorim.

Gyokeres was Amorim’s goalscoring sensation for Sporting, smashing 66 goals and 23 assists in 68 games under the now-United boss.
The Swede has continued to bang in the goals since Amorim’s exit and has made himself one of Europe’s most in-demand strikers.
