Tottenham are attempting to sign West Ham forward Mohammed Kudus this summer.
The North London club failed with a initial bid for the Ghanaian but are expected to return to the negotiating table.
West Ham are thought to be open to parting ways with Kudus in the coming weeks, with the club hoping to make ground on several incomings.
Jean-Clair Todibo has arrived permanently, and the Hammers are thought to be in talks to sign goalkeeper Zion Suzuki and Senegalese full-back El Hadji Malick Diouf.

Spurs remain in talks for Kudus
Kudus joined West Ham from Ajax in 2023 in a deal worth around £38million.

The signing of the forward was perceived as a coup for the London club, after both Arsenal and Chelsea had registered their interest in a move.
But the Hammers acted quickly for the 24-year-old’s signature, and now stand to profit significantly from a sale.
Spurs failed with an opening bid thought to be worth around £50m on Saturday, but according to Dharmesh Sheth, the clubs remain in negotiations.

Kudus has been a spark for West Ham
There is understood to be a big gap in valuation currently, with West Ham expecting an improved offer in the coming days.
Chelsea are also thought to be exploring the conditions of a deal, but Kudus has indicated that he is open to a move to Spurs with personal terms not expected to be an issue.
Kudus, who scored five goals and provided three assists in the Premier League last season, is under contract at The London Stadium until 2028.
Kudus sale would act as blow
Kudus lit up the Premier League in his first season at West Ham.
The Ghanaian netted eight goals and provided nine assists in the league, adding up to a total of 18 goals and 10 assists in all competitions.
The forward consistently had West Ham fans off their seats, with devastatingly direct intention and stunning pieces of skill.
While his numbers took a hit last season, Kudus was not aided by a struggling squad and a tumultuous management situation.
Still among West Ham’s most exciting players, his departure will be a blow to Graham Potter – although a sizable fee would make for a reluctant upside.
