Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Dr Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and a Sports Scientist, said about Weah: “The club may take a closer look at his history of hamstring injuries, particularly with him suffering two of them this past season.
“While it’s a risk, I do not see issues with him clearing his medical.
“He did play a decent number of games last season, so he checks all the parameters.”

Everton must avoid signing Weah this summer
Weah, despite his versatility and flashes of quality, may struggle in the Premier League’s intense, physical environment, making him one to avoid for Everton.
His modest goal tally – eight in 107 games at Lille and six in 43 at Juventus – suggests limited clinical finishing, crucial for the Blues’ need for consistent attacking output.
The United States international’s injury history also raises concerns about durability in a demanding league.
Weah’s inconsistency in high-stakes roles, often playing right-back rather than his natural winger position, may not address Everton’s urgent need for a reliable right-sided attacker.
The Toffees should avoid signing him, prioritising proven Premier League performers to bolster their relegation fight.
