Omari Hutchinson is attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs including both West Ham and Everton this summer.
That is according to former Man United and Blackburn chief scout Mick Brown, who remains very well-connected within the game, as he exclusively told Football Insider that scouts were keeping a close eye on the 21-year-old at the Under-21 Euros.
The Ipswich wide-man scored in England’s 3-2 win against Germany in the final, and has sparked interest in his signature following the Tractor Boys’ relegation.
This comes after Football Insider exclusively revealed on 6 July that Hutchinson “would love” a Premier League return this summer and would be interested in a move to Everton.
The Toffees have identified the former Arsenal man as a candidate to strengthen out wide, but his lofty release clause could make a move difficult.
Football Insider exclusively revealed in May that Hutchinson has a £35million release clause in his Ipswich contract following their relegation from the Premier League.

West Ham joined in race to sign Omari Hutchinson
Brown told Football Insider on 30 June that West Ham are interested in signing Hutchinson as a replacement for Mohammed Kudus should he join Tottenham.
The former scout, who has a wealth of experience in top-level player recruitment after over a decade at Man United during their most successful period, has insisted there is no shortage of interest in the midfielder this summer.
“West Ham have been looking at Omari Hutchinson,” he told Football Insider.
“From what I hear, there are a lot of Premier League clubs having a look at him.
“Scouts were watching him for the England Under-21s and they were impressed by what they saw.
“That tournament has done him a few favours because it’s sparked more interest in his situation when it looked to have died down a bit.
“That’s not always the best thing, I always used to say there’s a golden rule, never buy players off the back of an impressive tournament.
“But there have been plenty of times that rule has been broken.
“For me, he’s still a bit raw and need to become more consistent to really do it at the top level.
“But after Ipswich went down, there are a few clubs including West Ham who would be willing to give him another shot in the Premier League.
“It’s something he wants to do too, make that step back up to the top level.”

Evann Guessand update emerges as Tottenham join race
Hutchinson is not the only attacking player on Graham Potter’s radar this summer, as they have also been linked with OGC Nice star Evann Guessand.
Football Insider revealed on 4 July that Tottenham have joined West Ham in the race for Guessand, while Brighton, Wolves and Fenerbahce are also interested.
Nice have set a £20-25million asking price for the forward, who has three years remaining on his contract, after he scored 12 goals and picked up seven assists last term.
Meanwhile, Football Insider revealed on 6 July that Tottenham are confident of signing Guessand and believe they can beat their rivals to his signature.
