The Kevin Durant trade had terms the NBA had never seen before.

The 15-time All-Star was traded to the Houston Rockets from the Phoenix Suns in a historic seven-team trade that became official on Sunday.

Here are the full details:

Rockets: Kevin Durant, Clint Capela

Suns: Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, the rights to Khaman Maluach from the 2025 NBA Draft, a 2026 second round pick (most favorable of Oklahoma City, Dallas and Philadelphia), and Houston’s second round pick in 2032.

Brooklyn Nets: A 2026 second round pick (least favorable between the Los Angeles Clippers and the most favorable of Boston, Indiana and Miami), and Boston’s second round pick in 2030.

Golden State Warriors: Rights to Jahmai Mashack from the 2025 NBA Draft.

Atlanta Hawks: David Roddy, cash considerations, and the right for the Hawks to swap their second round pick for Houston’s in 2031.

Los Angeles Lakers: Adou Thiero

Minnesota Timberwolves: Rocco Zikarsky, two second round picks, cash

The trade was first reported on June 22.

This is the third time Durant has been traded.

With the deal official, Durant took to X to share a farewell message to the Suns and express his excitement to play in Houston.

“My time in Phoenix has come to an end. All these stops along the journey have really impacted me in a positive way. Remember it’s a world behind the scenes, and those who make things work in that space, work tirelessly to make our lives easier as players. I appreciate all the quick interactions with everybody from support staff to teammates distant cousins, it’s all a family that I’m grateful to be apart of, no matter what. I truly believe this nba is one big community. Much love to Arizona. Houston, Can’t Wait!”

Durant, 36, averaged 26.6 points, six rebounds and 4.2 assists last season.
