The Club last week announced it was reinstating the Bill Nicholson Gates within the stadium environs this summer following their removal from the area in 2015, ahead of the construction of our new stadium.
Working in close consultation with our Fan Advisory Board (FAB), we have identified a location - within PAXTON17, between the Ticket Office and historic buildings at the north of the stadium – at which the gates will be reinstated.
The iconic photograph takes pride of place within ‘Double Vision’, an exhibition which surveys Robinson’s 60-plus year career, documenting world football from the lower leagues to the very highest level. The exhibition splits his work into a series of themed sections, from the psychology of taking a penalty, to players feigning injury and hastily drawn shirt numbers.
It is OOF’s first major photography show since 2022 and is now open at Warmington House – accessible via the Spurs Shop at the Tottenham Experience – until 31 August.
