The Miami Heat, LA Clippers and Utah Jazz have agreed to a trade that moves Norman Powell to Miami, John Collins to Los Angeles, and Kevin Love, Kyle Anderson and a 2027 Clippers second-round pick to Utah, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Powell, 32, averaged a career-high 21.8 points per game last season for the Clippers, to go along with 3.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 41.2% shooting on 3-pointers. He started in all 60 of his regular-season appearances. Powell is entering the last season of a five-year, $90 million contract and is set to make $20.4 million next season. He signed that five-year deal with the Portland Trail Blazers back in August 2021.

Collins, 27, averaged 19.0 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game, while shooting 39.9% from deep last season in 40 outings with the Jazz. He is also entering the last year of his deal at $26.5 million next season.

Love, who will turn 37 before next season starts, appeared in 23 games last season for the Heat. He logged 5.3 points, 4.1 rebounds and 10.9 minutes per game while shooting 35.8% on 3s. The NBA veteran and one-time NBA Champion already posted his reaction to the trade news on social media:

Never thought I’d be a math problem. Welcome to the NBA.

Anderson, 31, averaged 6.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 18.4 minutes per game last season in 25 outings with the Heat.
