Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that Manchester City have “agreed terms” to sign Sheffield Wednesday’s Under-15s prospect and young defender, Romario Collins.
Romano claimed that the Sky Blues are on the hunt to sign “top talents”, with Manchester City eyeing Seth Ridgeon among other wonderkids as well.
