Drake Maye Hosts Offseason Workout With Patriots Pass-Catchers

The New England Patriots aren’t waiting for training camp to open up in mid-July.

Drake Maye, Josh Dobbs, Rhamondre Stevenson, Stefon Diggs, Kendrick Bourne, Kyle Williams, DeMario Douglas, Ja’Lynn Polk and Hunter Henry all got together to build some chemistry on Monday.

Polk [posted a photo](https://x.com/mikekadlick/status/1942400071254905284) of the large crew together to Instagram.

New England has [had different iterations](https://nesn.com/2019/05/tom-brady-holds-offseason-workout-at-ucla-throws-to-college-wideouts/) of offseason workout groups over the years. Tom Brady used to put together an all-star cast of pass-catchers that included the likes of Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski. Mac Jones’ crew was a bit less impressive, but included some familiar names in Henry and Bourne.

Maye’s crew has a different type of pressure on them entering a new campaign, though. Diggs is still trying to prove himself as a leader. Bourne, Williams and Polk are trying to prove they belong. Stevenson, Douglas and Henry… you know what, they were fine sitting on their couch.
