The deal includes a fourth-year player option and a 15% trade kicker, as first noted by ESPN.
Turner joins Milwaukee after a strong season with the Indiana Pacers, where he helped lead the team to the NBA Finals.
The veteran center averaged 15.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game, while shooting 48.1% from the field and 39.6% from three-point range.
To make the signing possible, the Bucks made a major financial move, waiving Damian Lillard and stretching the remaining $113 million on his contract.
This is the largest waive-and-stretch in NBA history, nearly tripling the previous record set by Nicolas Batum waiver from the Charlotte Hornets.
