Everton fans are sitting patiently awaiting the first new name to sign for the club this summer.
David Moyes has welcomed his players back for the start of their pre-season efforts ahead of the new season.
But there are a number of faces who will not be returning to the Everton squad this summer having left as free agents.

Everton handed £100m transfer budget by the Friedkins
The Friedkins are backing Everton this summer in what is their first real opportunity to splash some cash since the takeover last December.
However, their money is going to be stretched given the sheer volume of players needed to bolster the squad on Merseyside.

According to iNews’ sources, Everton have a budget of around £100m to make improvements to their squad.

The task at hand has even been described as something “no other Premier League club has tried to do before”, which goes to show the huge job on Kinnear’s hands.
Everton feel the expected signing of Barry is a statement of their intent, but they are also going to have to play it smart in eyeing the loan and free agent market.
The Friedkins want to make a statement signing, and it seems they are close to securing that in the Frenchman.
What will be interesting is to see whether Everton could land another through a loan signing like Jack Grealish.
Everton must utilise loan signings this summer
Last season, it was fairly obvious that Everton’s loan additions did not pay off.
Jack Harrison hugely disappointed at Everton, and the likes of Jesper Lindstrom and Armando Broja did not make much of an impact.
It is believed Everton are eyeing a loan deal for Grealish this summer, in what would certainly be a statement move.
The Toffees may well be managing their budget, but the loan market could provide them with some shrewd additions.
The new recruitment set-up will provide fans with some optimism following some really poor loan signings last summer.
