We are nearly two weeks removed from the NBA Draft and on the cusp of the NBA Summer League. There are several mid-major players to be aware of during this time.

Five players were selected in the 2025 NBA Draft selected directly from mid-major teams. In order, they were Cedric Coward from Washington State 11th to the Grizzlies, Nique Clifford from Colorado State 24th to the Kings, Rasheer Fleming from Saint Joseph’s 31st to the Suns, Kobe Sanders from Nevada 50th to the Clippers and Max Shulga from VCU 57th to the Celtics.

The future is bright for each of these players. So, the question is: which one of them will have the best NBA career?

Their pro careers take the first step with the NBA Summer League this month. And they won’t be the only former mid-major stars to be hitting the court there.

Numerous mid-major players went undrafted and are hoping to work their way onto an NBA roster by showing out at the Summer League.

To list a few: Aniwaniwa Tait-Jones (UC San Diego) and Tyson Degenhart (Boise State) will play with the Raptors, Bez Mbeng (Yale) with the Warriors, and Augustas Marčiulionis (Saint Mary’s) with the Lakers.

Which one of these undrafted mid-major players will perform the best at the Summer League?

These two questions came up around the Mid-Major Madness circles, and we want to hear from you. Respond to the questions below.

Results will be posted later on in the week.
