2025 NBA draft pick, returning prospects feature in Pistons’ Summer League roster

The Detroit Pistons announced their official roster for the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, which runs July 10-20 on the campus of UNLV.

The roster — which features returning prospects Ron Holland II and Bobi Klintman along with 2025 second-round pick Chaz Lanier — will be coached by Pistons assistant Vitaly Potapenko.

The Pistons are expecting Holland and Klintman to take on large roles during their guaranteed five games out in Las Vegas as they continue their first full offseasons with the organization.

Lanier will get to showcase his skills for the first time since being selected 37th overall in the NBA Draft.

The Pistons brought in a familiar face for their draft pick in his former Tennessee backcourt mate, Zakai Zeigler, who was SEC Defensive Player of the Year.

Some other notable names out of the college ranks include All-Big Ten First Team guard Brice Williams (Nebraska), All-Big Ten Second Team forward Dawson Garcia (Minnesota) and former Sun Belt Conference Newcomer of the Year T.J. Bickerstaff (James Madison), the nephew of coach J.B. Bickerstaff.

Members of last year’s Summer League roster and 2024-2025 two-way players Daniss Jenkins and Tolu Smith will both return for the Pistons in Las Vegas.
