Jordan Love will always have all eyes on him. After all, he plays the most important position for a historic franchise. TheGreen Bay Packers still trust him to lead them to the top of the NFL, and it’s one that he doesn’t want to waste, as he looks forward to taking his game to the next level in the 2025 campaign.
Love, who dealt with injuries in 2024, finished that season with 3,389 passing yards and 25 touchdowns against 11 interceptions. He took a step back compared to what he did in 2023, his first year as the Packers’ true QB starter, when he threw for a total of 4,159 yards and 32 touchdowns with 11 picks, but he’s now healthy, as he prepares for another season.

As the fulcrum of the Packers’ offense and given his years of experience as an NFL starter following the departure of Aaron Rodgers, Love is expected to flourish in 2025 to the point that he could be in serious contention to win the league’s Most Valuable Player award.
Zach Kruse of the Packers Wire has the former Utah State Aggies star QB as Green Bay’s best bet to win the MVP honor in 2025.
A quarterback has won this award every year since 2012 and 17 of the last 18 years overall, so Love — the most important Packer entering 2025 — is the obvious choice here. He’ll enter the season as a big MVP longshot after an injury-plagued 2024 season, but if the version of Love that ended the 2023 season shows up for a long stretch of 2025, he’ll be right in the mix. He’s already shown that he can sustain elite-level play at quarterback over a nearly two-month stretch of play. If he can again, and the Packers are one of the NFL’s top teams, he’ll have a legitimate chance at MVP.
