Leeds United have been busy this week. Since the start of July, the club have been linked with multiple names ahead of their return to pre-season training.
Monday saw Gabriel Gudmundsson arrive to finalize his deal, and he was officially unveiled as a Leeds player on Tuesday. The Whites now have a new left back to fill the gap Junior Firpo left. Transfers have moved fast at Elland Road, it barely takes any time to complete deals – Jaka Bijol, Sebastiaan Bornauw and Lukas Nmecha were all completed in days.

This is a sharp contrast from departures; so far only one player has left Elland Road on a transfer deal. Max Wober joined Werder Bremen on loan with an option to buy. But the players that Leeds reportedly put up for sale early in the transfer window remain: Illan Meslier, Joe Gelhardt, Darko Gyabi and Sam Greenwood.

Everton eyeing move for Jack Harrison
Everyone at Leeds United was surprised when Everton announced that Harrison would be returning to his parent club after the loan move. The winger had spent two consecutive seasons at Goodison Park. Harrison has been seen in the gym doing his own pre-season training as his future is up in the air.
The iPaper are reporting that Everton may try to sign the forward this summer. David Moyes is keen on him, and the move would allow the toffees to bring in more expensive signings. Everton could spend up to £100million, and a small fraction could be used to sign the Leeds man.

The Whites are open to letting Jack Harrison leave. As it stands, he is not in Daniel Farke’s plans. The team will proceed to pre-season soon as the players arrive.
Leeds will willingly offload Harrison and his wages off the books this summer. He could even be available on a cut-price deal.
Leeds have better options than Harrison now
Jack Harrison managed to score once in 34 Premier League games last season. He was more of a defensive option in that Everton side. Currently that is now what Leeds need.

The wide options at the club are now good enough to move on from Harrison. Gnonto, James and Ramazani are more than good enough to keep Leeds in the Premier League next season.
That being said, Daniel Farke needs to push to sign another winger, especially as the club lost Manor Solomon who returned to his parent club after the loan deal.
