While the main focus appears to be on agreeing a fee for Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres, Berta is spinning more plates simultaneously as he looks to land the England international from their London rivals.

According to The Sun, Berta is 'determined' to get a deal done for Eze with manager Mikel Arteta desperate to add him to his squad ahead of next season, and has already held direct talks with the player's representatives.
Eze is keen on the move to the Emirates with Arsenal's arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur also in the conversation for his signature, although both clubs face a battle with Crystal Palace wanting to extract the full £68m from his release clause at Selhurst Park.

As a result, the Gunners are said to be open to including a player in their offer - as GIVEMESPORT exclusively revealed last week - for the 'unbelievable' 27-year-old - who has two years remaining on his contract - in order to seal a deal, with Palace said to be open to accepting an unnamed promising defender as part of a deal.
While Eze would like to join Arsenal, the attacker also doesn't want to sour his relationship with Palace and wants a deal that makes everyone happy before he leaves.

Arsenal have already signed Spanish duo Kepa and Martin Zubimendi already this summer, while they are 'close' to two more additions, according to The Sun.
Brentford midfielder Christian Norgaard is on the verge of completing his move to the Emirates, while the Gunners have agreed personal terms with Gyokeres and continue to try and iron out the final details with the Portuguese club to secure their marquee striker signing.
