Manchester United have maintained a remarkable tradition of including a player from the youth development levels in every first-team matchday squad since 1937, a record unmatched in football.
Last year saw Chido Obi, Harry Amass and Tyler Fredricson all make their respective Premier League debuts under Red Devils manager Ruben Amorim.

In recent days, the professional development team for the Under-18s and Under-21s travelled to Adidas headquarters in Germany for a training camp.
Included within this group were future stars JJ Gabriel and former Manchester United legend’s son Jacey Carrick.
However, another future wonderkid was also with the camp and has now been given another huge opportunity which will help with his development.
CentreDevils can exclusively reveal that 14-year-old wonderkid Douka Nkoto ate together with the Manchester United first team yesterday, joining the senior squad to fill in numbers.

CentreDevils can also reveal that the young midfielder is highly rated within the club alongside his twin brother Bassirou Nkoto who both play for the u16s.
We can also reveal that there is an expectation for Douka Nkoto to play for the u18s next season with the club not wanting to rush him in too fast but want to progress his development.
The young Cameroonian player, who can play for United as a number eight or ten, is always one of the game’s main influences due to his exceptional passing and dribbling skills, which are just too outstanding for this level of football.
