We are now only two weeks away from Arsenal's first pre-season friendly ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. The Gunners will take on AC Milan and the game takes place at the National Stadium in Singapore.
Arsenal will be back at the same venue four days later for a showdown with Premier League rivals Newcastle United, before then departing for Hong Kong to play Tottenham on Thursday, July 31. All eyes will be on the opening friendly as it could be a day when a number of new signings make their bow for the club.
So far this summer we have seen Kepa Arrizabalaga and Martin Zubimendi sign on the dotted line at the Emirates Stadium. Christian Norgaard looks set to be the next to follow and then Viktor Gyokeres could finally complete his move from Sporting CP following so much speculation given the club's hunt for a new striker.
Amid the disappointment of not winning a piece of silverware again, Arsenal need to make a fast start to the new campaign and how they perform in their friendlies could have a say on whether they are quick out of the blocks or not. As it has been a summer with no major international tournaments taking place, Mikel Arteta can in fact name a very strong team to face AC Milan as he will have virtually all of his players available for selection.
So who would be in his strongest team for the game in Singapore? football.london takes a look below.
