Nottingham Forest will intensify the search for new players in the coming days following the sale of Anthony Elanga.
Reluctantly, the Reds are going to offload the winger, with Elanga undergoing a medical with Newcastle, who will play Champions League football next season.
Given how important he is to the City Ground outfit, Forest have to get busy in the transfer market and find some adequate replacements for him.
Igor Jesus has already signed for Forest, but with Ramon Sosa joining Palmeiras, the need for front players is getting quite urgent.

Nottingham Forest want Tyler Dibling
Following relegation for Southampton, Dibling looks set to leave the Saints, with Florian Plettenberg citing Forest as a club who are now interested.
It’s claimed that the player is valued between £47-56 million and with the club now in the Championship, it feels very unlikely they will recoup such a sum.
Dibling is a left-footed performer and Forest aren’t alone in this race, with Manchester United, Tottenham and West Ham all thought to be keen.
At 19-years-old, Dibling is on the back of his maiden Premier League campaign, which saw him score four goals and register three assists from 38 outings in all competitions.
MORE FOREST STORIES
It was, however, his first season playing senior football and quite clearly the talent is there when it comes to the versatile performer.
🚨🔴⚪️ So far, Southampton have not received any concrete offers for Tyler #Dibling, but there have been many enquiries. Understand Manchester United, Tottenham, Forest and West Ham are keen on him. Southampton’s price valuation is set at €55–65m.

What Dion Dublin said about Tyler Dibling
Although Southampton were nothing short of hapless last season, Dibling showcased why the club values him so highly, even if his goals and assists didn’t quite reflect that.
Dublin hailed Dibling on Match of the Day last season, saying that ‘he plays like Cole Palmer’ and that is quite a compliment given the impact he’s had since moving to Chelsea.
Forest are unlikely to be spending that sort of money on Dibling given that the club want to replace Elanga and the Southampton man is a slightly different profile.
However, it’s good that Forest are in the mix for talented young players and if there is to be any wriggle room on the price, then perhaps this would be a sound investment for the future.
